Our staff have been well training and experience for over 10 years in Vietnam seafood industry with a variety of seafood - shellfish, fish and cephalopods in canned (sterilized & pasteurized), live, fresh, frozen and Value Added forms.
We are acutely aware of the major concerns of both the processor and the buyer and the benefits to be obtained from successfully passing technical audit on processing line, so Food Safety Programs such as: HACCP, SSOP, GMP are ensures consistent and reliable control over Food Safety.

BUYER REPRESENTATIVE - For over 10 year dealing in seafood industry, we work closely with the processors for applying all or any of the Food Safety Programs as necessary. Assist with negotiations commercial or technical. Assure standards, delivery schedules and Quality are met & maintained.
PRODUCTS QUALITY - We work with management teams of factories to install new or improve existing Quality Assurance systems to be truly effective. This would contribute greatly to avoiding potential problems with buyers and regulatory agencies.
DEVELOPMENT PRODUCTS - To develop processes which are efficient and cost effectives to improve profitability and meet buyer and regulatory requirements. To develop new products & packaging to respond to market and buyer demands.
AUDITS - Pre audit preparation and conducts the audit and for buyer / 3rd party by USFDA, EU or BRC audits for aim at food safety, traceability, bio-terrorism and allergens to ensure all activities are under control.
